Requirements
- Review and triage incoming Data Use Governance (DUGC) Case submissions
- Advocate for data as a strategic asset across business units
- Maintain clear documentation of the action/resolution taken by Broadridge for each submission
- Lead contract lifecycle activities
- Manage and resolve contract redlines rapidly
- Negotiate with Broadridge clients to represent company contract and data requirements
- Understand and apply Broadridge pricing models
- Maintain clear documentation and reporting on case status, audit findings, contract changes and risks
