Broadridge is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the existing team based in Edinburgh, supporting significant programs of work in the Capital Markets / Securities Finance & Collateral Management domain.
Requirements
- Managing the delivery and implementation within a SAFe environment
- Participating in all phases of onboarding clients
- Planning & Tracking; Defining and tracking the Program Increments
- Reporting: Providing concise and accurate information to inform and drive actions
- Acceptance: Working with all stakeholders to ensure a clearly defined, managed, and tracked acceptance definition plan
- User Testing Management: Managing and coordinating teams during all test phases
- Migration/Onboarding; Working with clients and implementation analysts to manage the definition, delivery, and acceptance approach
- Scope Definition: Working with Scope Owners, BAs, and clients to ensure delivery plans and activities are aligned with the agreed solution scope
- Business Case Management: Ensuring the program is tracked to the agreed business case
- Risk Management: Identifying, managing, and mitigating risks and issues that occur during the implementation
- Product Readiness: Navigating the move from implementation to live running and support
- Infrastructure: Ensuring that infrastructure needs are clearly understood and aligned with the client and program definition
- Quality: Providing feedback and effective data to the relevant teams on the quality of deliveries
- Collaboration; Working closely with internal (incl. remote) teams on delivery of implementations activities and providing mentoring/guidance to junior members of the team
- Continual Improvement: Actively monitoring and reviewing the implementations processes and driving initiatives to continually improve them
