Manager, Software Engineering (Hybrid - Flexible Options)

At Broadridge, we're seeking a Manager, Software Engineering to lead our Digital Archive engineering teams across North America and India. As the Engineering Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, ensure platform stability, lead project execution, and guide continuous improvement through Agile practices.

Requirements

• Manage geographically distributed teams supporting the Digital Archive platform.
• Oversee the delivery of client projects, ensuring commitments are met on schedule, within scope, and budget.
• Coordinate project activities across development, infrastructure, operations, and client-facing teams.
• Track and report Agile metrics and project performance to leadership and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with other technology and business teams.
• Ensure the stability, performance, and scalability of production environments.
• Supervise the development and maintenance of Perl and Python scripts that extend and automate functionality.
• Support incident response and root cause analysis for production issues, driving problem resolution and system resiliency improvements.
• Maintain strong awareness of IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) capabilities and apply that knowledge to optimize platform usage and development practices.
