Job Description
Broadridge is seeking a Lead Security Engineer to join its global Security Engineering Team. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, leadership acumen, and a proactive mindset to guide the implementation and maturation of security technologies across the enterprise.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in security engineering, architecture, or infrastructure security roles
- Proven expertise in Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), Denial of Service (DoS) mitigation, Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Network Access Control (NAC)
- Strong experience authoring technical documentation and visual materials
- Exceptional project and time management skills
- Clear, confident communicator with the ability to influence, make decisions under pressure, and prioritize effectively
