Job Description
Be Brixio's Global Proposal Manager will serve as the central point of contact for Sales and Key Accounts. This role focuses on the entire proposal process, from intake and quote preparation to follow-up with partners and distributors. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and possess strong communication skills.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in Sales Operations / Inside Sales / Bid Management in IT/SaaS
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic/French a plus)
- Sales energy: fast, responsive, personable with AEs/distributors
- CRM experience (Zoho CRM required)
- Basic financial acumen (understands margins, discounts, and approvals)
- Process-driven but not bureaucratic
