Requirements
- University level degree preferred
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, preparing and leading global learning initiatives
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical sales' role & responsibilities
- Ability to work effectively with matrix teams (Medical, Legal, Marketing, Sales, Compliance, Operations)
- Experience managing needs in a complex, large or multiple markets
- Deep knowledge of adult learning principles and learning design
- Agile Learning methodology
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, and proven project management experience
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize, manage and execute on multiple projects simultaneously
- Influencing, negotiation and leadership skills
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making capability
- High level of digital proficiency
- German at mother tongue level; high English language skills
