The Director, WW Commercialization Analytics- Oncology role is a strategic business partner to the Oncology Global Commercial Strategy team, driving ongoing commercialization efforts. The position collaborates with key stakeholders to inform strategic and tactical choices through market research, forecasting, and secondary data analytics.
Requirements
- Delivers integrated insights across various analytical functions such as forecasting, market research, secondary data analytics
- Supports culture of fact-based decision making through application of best-in-class, innovative, and appropriate methodologies
- Effectively collaborates with cross-functional counterparts to achieve organizational objectives
- Proactively manages flow of planned and ad hoc analytics requests
- Develops seamless, collaborative, cross-functional approaches to problem solving
- Develops and maintains a deep understanding of Global Oncology brand priorities
- Understands, demonstrates, and drives adherence to all BMS operating policies
