Contracts Specialist (Contractor)

We're looking for a Contracts Specialist to support our Sales and Customer Success teams by managing contract review and negotiation throughout the deal cycle. Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in contracts or commercial legal support
• Ideally at least 3 years of in-house experience supporting a SaaS or technology company
• Strong contract management skills, including experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing commercial agreements
• Availability to work 10–20 hours per week for 4 months (contract may be extended longer depending on need)
• Flexibility to maintain regular availability during overlapping U.S. business hours (approximately 10am–3pm PT)
• Familiarity with data privacy and security concepts relevant to SaaS transactions, including AI-related considerations
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple contracts in parallel, and balance speed with risk awareness
