Job Description
Bringg is seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead a cross-functional R&D team composed of React developers, Node.js engineers, and Automation engineers. The role involves leading a team of 4-6, setting priorities, ensuring high quality solutions, driving ownership and continuous improvement, and partnering with Product Managers and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Team Leader, managing full-stack or cross-functional teams.
- 4+ years of experience in Node.js and TypeScript development.
- 2+ years of experience with React.
- Proven experience designing and scaling large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Redis) and asynchronous execution patterns.
- Experience in agile environments with continuous integration and delivery.
