Job Description
Brilliant Corners is seeking a motivated Staff Accountant to join their Accounting/Finance team, focusing on high-volume vendor transactions. This in-office role requires precision, urgency, and coordination across departments to meet payment deadlines and ensure accurate documentation. The role involves processing payments, reviewing financials, and resolving discrepancies. This is a full-time, on-site position within a dynamic, growing organization.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting best practices
- Excellent time management with the ability to prioritize urgent tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy, especially under time constraints
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with a collaborative attitude
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and accounting databases
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
