Job Description
Case Manager, RN, will play a key leadership role in ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care, while remaining connected to the bedside, overseeing patient cases, monitoring quality of care delivery, and maintaining active involvement in bedside nursing.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- Strong clinical judgment with a detail-oriented approach to patient care and documentation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Collaborative mindset with an interest in mentorship, quality improvement, and care coordination
