Job Description
PharMerica is seeking a full-time Pharmacist to join their team in Glasgow, KY. The role involves providing pharmaceutical services to long-term care and senior living clients, ensuring quality and safe medication management. This position is a PRN, 2:30 PM - 11 pm M-F, and rotates weekends.
Requirements
- Evaluates physician medication orders.
- Maintains patient/resident database.
- Ensures appropriate laboratory testing.
- Collaborates with healthcare team.
- Documents all communication.
- Implements policies and procedures for drug safety.
