Host Home Provider is an independent contractor who opens their home and heart to an adult with a development disability. Responsibilities include providing daily care, activity, and full-time supervision, documenting progress, and arranging medical and dental care.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Training in the CAP Core Competencies
- Valid driver's license, own reliable vehicle, and good driving record
- Ability to communicate (verbally and written)
- Comfortable with assisting residents with hygiene and medical routines
- Outstanding organizational and people skills
