Job Description
ResCare Community Living is seeking a full-time Alternative Family Living (AFL) Provider to provide independent living support to individuals with developmental disabilities. The role involves providing daily care, promoting independence, assisting with medical needs, and documenting all activities. This is an independent contractor position with a focus on providing high-quality support.
Requirements
- Receive and provide individual with appropriate daily care, activity, and supervision.
- Prevent any acts of disrespect, abuse, neglect, or exploitation.
- Document individual’s progress and events.
- Arrange and establish routine/emergency medical and dental care.
