Process Excellence, Audit, and Controls Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who will be responsible for conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, identify areas of improvement, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Relevant work experience (1-3 years) including control identification, testing, and process improvement
• Strong skills in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
• Understanding of business processes, financial reporting, and information technology audit and control frameworks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
