Job Description
As a Senior Quality Engineer, you are the quality benchmark and that is high. You are responsible for the quality and reliability of our products that are released to the market. You move seamlessly between development, suppliers, and stakeholders, and know exactly when to coach, challenge, or intervene.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or comparable field
- Significant experience (senior level) in Quality Engineering within a technical/product development environment
- Strong knowledge of: Quality & Reliability engineering, Product development stage-gate processes, Supplier quality management
- Experience with LEAN and Six Sigma (certification is a plus)
- Good command of the English language
- Analytical, persuasive, and strong communication skills
- You feel comfortable in a coaching and leading role
