Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Venture Architect to join our team at Bridgemaker to oversee complex value creation, business execution, and venture projects, lead interdisciplinary teams, and act as the central interface between customers, technology, and business.
Requirements
- Completed degree in economics, technology, entrepreneurship, or comparable fields
- At least 6-8 years of professional experience in entrepreneurship, business execution, value creation, or venture building with proven leadership responsibility
- Strong knowledge of data-driven business processes, digital business models, and AI-based technologies
- Strong hands-on mentality
- Excellent communication skills
