Job Description
Bridge33 Capital is a rapidly growing, vertically integrated real estate private equity firm focused on open-air retail real estate. Seeking a Commercial Real Estate Transactions Counsel to manage the full lifecycle of real estate and corporate transactions. A hybrid position based in downtown Seattle with remote work arrangements possible.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2-3 years legal experience in a law firm, with a focus on commercial real estate transactions.
- Strong proficiency with technology for managing real estate transactions, creating complex documents and spreadsheets.
- Proven ability to simultaneously manage multiple complex projects while consistently meeting critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
