Job Description
Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara, LLP is seeking a highly skilled Mid-Level Litigation Attorney to join their award-winning team. The role involves handling commercial, contract/business, and general liability matters, providing supervisory guidance to junior associates, and contributing to firm’s success. This is a leadership opportunity in a vibrant office.
Requirements
- 3+ years of litigation experience handling matters involving general liability, construction, personal/catastrophic injury, contracts/business, and/or commercial disputes in a law firm environment
- Ability to handle cases independently, develop and implement strategies, manage discovery, and coordinate with experts
- Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, client-focused mindset, and passion for achieving successful outcomes.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Current admission to the State Bar of Colorado is required.
