Business Development Representative

Build relationships, identify opportunities, and acquire new members to grow credit union membership within the community charter. Develop strategies and activities to promote the credit union’s mission, vision, value, products and services.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of marketing/business development experience
• High school education or GED
• Two-year degree preferred
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• High energy and enthusiasm for the credit union’s mission and vision
• Strong presentation skills and comfort with public speaking and cold calling on businesses
• Proficient with problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work irregular hours as dictated by scheduled events
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications
