Business Analyst

Braven is hiring a Business Analyst to support the organization’s growth by providing cyclical and ad hoc data insights and thought partnership to Braven’s program teams.

Requirements

• BA/BS in a quantitative field or work experience that demonstrates expertise in quantitative analysis
• At least 5 years of working in a quantitative or analytical role or equivalent experience
• Expert proficiency in SQL
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python or R preferred)
• Meaningful experience writing and presenting compelling data-driven stories, arguments, and narratives for internal and external audiences
• Proficiency in designing and building interactive dashboards in business intelligence solutions (Tableau preferred)
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Learner’s mindset, which you use to master new tools, software, and ways of working
• Strong strategic thinking skills, including a proven ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations
• Ability to take initiative to solve challenges and tap into opportunities
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Strong collaboration skills. You seek to understand others’ problems, and use your own perspective to solve problems together
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Jira, Trello
• Proficiency in Salesforce
