Key Account Manager (m/w/d) - Berlin

We're looking for a trusted advisor for our existing customers - someone who understands business models, identifies opportunities, and develops digital strategies with customers that have a real impact.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in customer consulting or project management in the digital environment.
• Strong in analysis and strategy development: You think in solutions, not in tasks.
• Technical basic understanding and enthusiasm for web technologies and KI developments (e.g., Skayle, Contentful).
• You enjoy understanding complex digital business models and accompanying customers in their digital transformation.
• Communicatively strong, empathetic, and structured: You maintain an overview even in dynamic phases.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: You think and act entrepreneurially, bring proactive impulses, and actively contribute to the development of the agency and the achievement of common goals.
