Fullstack Developer (w/m/d) – Fokus AI / Next.js

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer (w/m/d) to join our developer team as a Fullstack Developer (w/m/d) for our AI Hub. You will develop web applications and interfaces further with Next.js (React) and TypeScript, and build the corresponding backend services. You will have a solid backend component and experience with databases, ORM, API routes, and AI-assisted applications.

Requirements

• Several years of experience (3+ years) as a Fullstack or Frontend developer
• Frontend depth: very good handling of React, TypeScript, modern UI patterns, state management, and performance optimization
• Backend depth: experience with databases (e.g. Postgres or MongoDB), ORM (e.g. Prisma/TypeORM/Sequelize), API routes
• Architecture knowledge: You can design systems, weigh options, and well justify decisions
• AI interest & practice: You have a desire for AI topics and ideally have already worked on AI features (e.g. LLM integration, RAG, automation, evaluation)
• Agile work: You move safely in Scrum/Kanban teams, communicate clearly, and work self-organized
• Quality claim: Tests, CI/CD, monitoring, and security are for you no "extras", but part of clean software
