Job Description
BAI, a defense contractor, is seeking an RF Design Engineer with 10+ years of experience in RF and modulator design. This role involves working on RF and link-capable solutions for a program at Point Mugu, CA, and offers career advancement and stability. Salary is typically $120,000 - $180,000 USD.
Requirements
- Provide over-all System Level Engineering services
- Perform link budget analysis for communication and radar systems
- Define and support the design of antennas, matching networks, RF front-end components (PAs, LNAs, mixers, filters)
- Develop and validate RF designs from schematic through layout to test
- Collaborate (and perhaps design) with FPGA/DSP/software teams for signal chain integration in Vivado/System Verilog
- Prepare design documentation, test plans, and review materials
