Join our team as an Account Executive and help us empower educators to support the holistic needs of their students. You'll build partnerships with district leaders and promote our educational products and services to schools, educators, and institutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven success selling to K-12 school districts and building strong relationships with educators and administrators.
- Experience engaging with senior decision makers, with a strong ability to build rapport and trust.
- Experience managing and closing solution-based sales cycles, employing solution-selling techniques.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions effectively.
- Experience using CRM tools like Hubspot or equivalent to managing sales pipelines and reporting.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% to meet with clients and attend industry events (especially during higher volume times of year like fall and spring).

- Compensation for this position ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience, expertise, and geographic location, with additional bonus and commission opportunities for total on-target earnings (OTE) of up to $180,000.
