Branch is seeking a Technical Specialist to act as a trusted advisor to various teams. This role involves technical guidance, product adoption assistance, and a deep understanding of the Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong client management skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first approach.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role
- Mobile development experience with iOS and/or Android (Java/Kotlin)
- Web development experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Familiarity with REST APIs and data analytics tools (SQL, Google Analytics)
- Experience debugging and troubleshooting tools like Charles Proxy, Chrome Developer Tools, and Command Line Interface
