Senior Plant Manager

We're looking for a Senior Plant Manager to lead our largest U.S. in-house site and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and cost control.

Requirements

• Lead and be accountable for the health and safety of all employees, contractors, and visitors
• Champion the continuous improvement of safety performance, aligned with Brambles’ Zero Harm initiative
• Manage, lead, and develop plant staff, fostering accountability and ensuring that all team members meet or exceed performance expectations
• Ensure that customer expectations, both internal and external, are consistently met or exceeded through effective management of plant operations
