Requirements

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues
• Generate new sales leads and expand business relationships
• Create, negotiate, and manage contracts
• Provide administrative support to the sales team
• Coordinate sales campaigns and engage with potential and existing clients
• Manage and oversee customer onboarding processes
• Maintain accurate sales records and generate reports
• Organize and coordinate customer events, meetings, and follow-up communications
