Job Description
Join CHEP, a global organization, and lead initiatives to strengthen asset control environment and mitigate risks. Evaluate risks, implement standard procedures, and drive process standardization. Develop and maintain close working relationships with risk-responsible managers. Participate in risk reporting and drive process automation and digital strategies.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting required
- 7–10 years in Finance, Audit, or Controls within a results-driven environment
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage remotely and navigate matrix organizations
- English required; additional European language is a plus
