We are looking for a Director, Programmatic to join our team at Brainlabs, a High-Performance media agency. As a programmatic practitioner, you will be accountable for ensuring work for clients is delivered to standard, taking the lead on specific scaled initiatives, and working closely with the Head of Practice to manage resources effectively and get involved in new business too.
Requirements
- Strong programmatic delivery knowledge and 6+ years of experience
- Demonstrable success in optimising programmatic campaigns and work through automation, processes and technology adoption/development
- Developing understanding about how channels work and optimise together
- A natural problem solver who enjoys providing solutions for clients
- A confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator who cares about the quality of work and continuous learning
- Passionate about growing the knowledge of those around you
- Excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Strong attention to detail, methodical and process orientated
