Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, operations, executive support, or a hybrid role in professional services firm
- Familiarity with EOS / Traction methodology
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
