Requirements
- Assembly of tax returns and financial statements
- General administrative duties including mail and shipping preparation, filing (physical and electronic)
- Coordinate and schedule appointments
- Prepare various written correspondences accurately and timely
- Backup to Receptionist responsibilities
- Establish and maintain effective working relationship with co-workers and clients
- Operates in a manner consistent with the Firm’s core values
