Requirements

• Diploma in Caregiving level 3
• A caring and professional approach to care
• Affinity with the elderly with dementia
• Ability to stimulate, motivate, and support residents in their daily care
• Attention to (clinical) details and the well-being of residents
• Warm, empathetic attitude, and perseverance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a self-organizing team
