Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic team manager for our beautiful and cozy location Wilberthof in Berghem. As a team manager, you are the face of the location. On the Wilberthof, we live and work in a small-scale setting, where the resident and their next of kin are central.
Requirements
- Completed HBO degree in the direction of management
- Demonstrable leadership experience in elderly care
- Affinity with care for people with dementia
- Good communication skills
- Digital skills to navigate a computer, tablet, or smartphone well
