Pediatric Neurologist (Neurodevelopmental Disorders)

Pediatric Neurologist with fellowship training and/or substantial experience in the treatment of children with Neurodevelopmental Disorders to serve the needs of patients at Boys Town National Research Hospital (BTNRH). Provides direct subspecialty of pediatrics care in neurology to Hospital and Clinic patients. Coordinates the development of pediatric neurology services at BTNRH.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited medical school
• Accredited Residency and/or Fellowship Training in Pediatrics, Neurology and Child Neurology leading to eligibility for Board Certification in the subspecialty of Child Neurology
• Medical licensure in the State of Nebraska
• Ability to serve effectively as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
• Ability to maintain harmonious working relationships with hospital staff
• Ability to communicate concisely, both orally and in writing, with patients, families, and staff
• Ability to maintain a high level of professional behavior and ethics
• Ability to make assessments and problem solve
• Ability to maintain complete and accurate records of all patient encounters
