Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco (BGCSF) is seeking a Youth Development Coordinator to support their Clubhouse by providing program and departmental support to Club Staff. The coordinator will plan and conduct educational and recreational programs, help youth with homework, and develop educational programs that are stimulating and age-appropriate.
Requirements
- Experience working with youth ages 6-18 years old in a youth development setting
- Ability to create strong relationships with youth in a short period of time
- Strong positive disciplinary skills with youth
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated research and organization skills
- Ability to use PC computer software such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop
- Current Red Cross First Aid/CPR certification (or within 90 days of employment)
