Youth Development Professional - Sports Focus

The Youth Development Professional - Sports Focus position supports the planning, organizing, promotion, implementation, and evaluation of teen-focused sports, fitness, and wellness programs.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• Experience working with teens and knowledge of adolescent development
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle driving record check
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to pass a TB test (negative result)
• CPR and First Aid Certifications preferred
• Prior experience working in a Boys & Girls Club preferred
• Prior experience in sports coaching, fitness training, or teen recreation preferred
