The Director of Partnership Marketing leads integrated marketing for all partners headquartered in assigned region, representing a $10M+ portfolio of partnerships with top brands. The position requires expertise in integrated marketing, leveraging public relations, digital, events, communications, content, and advertising to achieve mutually beneficial objectives with partners and the organization.

- Lead partnership marketing for all partners headquartered in assigned region
- Develop deep understanding of partner business objectives and industry dynamics

- Lead efforts to scale marketing activities
- Lead marketing for regional team
- Responsible for directing all partnership marketing for the regional portfolio
- Provide ongoing leadership, coaching and development of partnership marketing direct report(s)
- Hire, train, supervise, evaluate and develop a successful high-functioning team
- Reinforces a team culture grounded in BGCA's organizational values
- Develops and implements plans and processes that advance the work for greater efficiency and impact
- Achieve annual corporate partnership revenue goals
- Contribute to achievement of regional revenue goal of $10M+ and total corporate and cause revenue goal
- Lead with #OneTeam approach and work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Maintain and demonstrate understanding of marketing, business, economic and corporate social responsibility trends
- Bring marketing lens to prospect strategy and cultivation, and support development of solicitation(s)
- Lead with #OneTeam approach to drive partnership stewardship, growth and engagement
- Contribute to annual business plans and ongoing analysis and performance tracking for partnerships
- Collaborate with partnership team to deliver a customized and dynamic stewardship plan
- Identify and act upon opportunities to deepen relationships with partners

- Participate in additional projects and initiatives as assigned
