Job Description
Strong Leaders. Strong Programs. 50 Years of Great Futures. School Site Coordinator oversees daily site operations, ensures high-quality programs, and represents the Club within the community.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum of three years work experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization planning and supervising activities based on the developmental needs to youth and teens or a combination of education and relevant experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate effectively with a diverse population, and represent BGCTM professionally to the community.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
