Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco (BGCSF) is seeking a Camp Director to lead Summer Camp Mendocino, a 2,000-acre summer camp in Northern California. This full-time role provides strategic leadership for all Camp operations, including program design, staff supervision, risk management, and community engagement. The Camp Director also serves as a primary liaison between Camp Mendocino and BGCSF headquarters, working closely with senior management teams to maximize resources and programs.
