Requirements

• Previous experience from logistics, transport operations, warehouse management or customer service
• Familiarity with working methodically and maintaining structure even when the tempo is high
• Very good communicative skills in both Swedish and English
• Valid B driver's license
• Good system familiarity from work in WMS, such as Ongoing or similar business-/warehousing systems
• Practical experience of booking transport and collaborating with different transport providers
• Background in B2B customer service with a focus on professional and solution-oriented communication
• Experience of a coordinating role with several parallel contact points and areas of responsibility
