Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in a similar Sales position.
• Proven experience in a similar sales telephone customer communication position or in an educational environment.
• College/University degree or demonstrate equivalent professional development.
• Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Organizational skills.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• CRM user.
• Comfortable with deadlines.
• Time management skills.
• Critical thinker and problem-solver.
