Job Description
Bounteous x Accolite is seeking a Senior Resource Specialist to coordinate resource allocation across different teams, ensuring that talent is aligned with project needs. This role involves collaboration with Recruiting, Talent & Culture, and leadership to manage staffing, communicate updates, and resolve issues related to resource allocation, security, and data protection. The ideal candidate will be proactive, solution-oriented, and have strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google
- Prior experience with OpenAir
- Strong Data management skills
- Detail oriented and comfortable working with reports and analyzing data
- Assertive and proactive conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
