Senior Production Supervisor

The successful candidate will have leadership skills, experience in managing day-to-day operations, and proficiency with basic computer systems and business tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, operations, engineering, business, hospitality management, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years people leadership or supervisory experience
• Demonstrated experience managing day-to-day operations with accountability for safety, quality, service, cost, staffing, and performance outcomes
• Proven ability to work in structured, process-driven environments and follow standard operating procedures
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and business tools
