• Provide technical leadership in all phases of software development projects
• Lead technical design discussions with other technical leaders across multiple applications
• Collaborate and drive technical design across upstream and downstream applications
• Determine the Data Migration technical solution
• Guide and collaborate with integration developers
• Participate in an agile product team
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues
• Create and maintain system documentation
