Outpatient Pharmacist - Per Diem

Under the supervision of the Outpatient Pharmacy Administrative Director and/or Pharmacy Manager, the Outpatient Pharmacist is responsible for compounding and dispensing prescribed pharmaceuticals. This includes verifying patient information, compounding medications, and providing consultation to customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy
• Licensure to practice pharmacy in the State of Massachusetts by the hire date
• APHA Certified Immunizer within 12 months of starting this position
• Two to three years related experience
• QS1 experience preferred
