Job Description
Under the supervision of the Clinical Coordinator/Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacy Manager, the Ambulatory Pharmacy Clinical Specialist will provide patient and customer care, optimize patient outcomes, and provide drug information to patients, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy
- Massachusetts pharmacist license in good standing
- Current Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy, Ambulatory Care Pharmacy, or Geriatric Pharmacy
- Completion of a PGY1 pharmacy residency program
- Direct patient care experience
- Clinical management of primary-care based chronic diseases
