Senior Clinical Research Coordinator

The Department of Psychiatry and Behaviroal Sciences at Boston Children's Hospital is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator for the Glahn Laboratory and Early Psychosis Investigation Center (EPICenter). The position is integral to a multidisciplinary team dedicated to advancing research and treatment for children and adolescents with psychotic and affective disorders. The Sr. CRC will oversee daily operations of multiple NIH-funded and foundation-funded studies, develop and implement best practices for clinical research protocols, and supervise research staff.

Requirements

• Developing and implementing enrollment strategies and study documents
• Providing analytical, data management, and methodological support
• Designing comprehensive training curriculum for research support staff
• Overseeing the consent and enrollment process for research study participants
• Developing study-specific data management and quality assurance procedures
