Manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery across all entities. Act as subject matter expert on payroll governance, statutory regulations, and system integrity.
Requirements
- Manage full monthly payroll cycle across all Bosta entities.
- Validate variable inputs (attendance, overtime, commissions, etc.) before processing.
- Reconcile payroll reports with HR systems and Finance records.
- Manage adjustments, retroactive payments, and off-cycle runs when needed.
- Ensure compliance with labor, tax, and social insurance laws.
- Handle all government documents filings and coordinate with auditors and authorities and update payroll practices according to legislative changes.
- Maintain payroll data accuracy in HRIS and ensure workflow approvals.
- Implement internal controls and regular audits to reduce errors.
- Provide monthly payroll analytics, cost reports, and headcount trends.
- Support compensation and manpower planning with payroll data insights.
- Maintain documentation and ensure full confidentiality of payroll data.
