Job Description
Boskalis Subsea Services is seeking a ROC ROV Supervisor (Onshore) to manage remotely operated subsea tasks from the Boskalis Remote Operations Centre (ROC). This role involves supervising ROC-based ROV pilots, coordinating live operations, and ensuring adherence to project plans and IMCA guidelines. The supervisor acts as the primary operational focal point during real-time remote ROV missions, providing technical guidance and ensuring mission readiness.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years ROV experience.
- At least 180 days’ operational time as a Senior Pilot/Technician (IMCA R02).
- Demonstrated leadership of ROV operations.
- Proven track record of piloting and overseeing complex subsea operations.
- Experience with remote piloting platforms, live telemetry feeds, and digital coordination tools.
- IMCA ROV Supervisor logbook with verifiable entries.
- High level of competence in ROV systems, subsea tooling, fault-finding, and inspection methodology.
- Excellent communication skills across dispersed teams.
- Decision-making & Adaptability.
- Proficient in operational software, remote control systems, digital reporting tools, and data analysis platforms.
- OPITO approved BOSIET, CA-EBS, MIST and OEUK Medical.
